Customer Experience - transformation of the client engagement model from the conventional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based transactional approach into a proactive and lifecycle based ‘Total Customer Experience’
Episodic involvement with financial institution affairs and global investor updates
Fintech Product Expansion
Consultant to a San Francisco based financial technology company that provides front to back Capital Markets technology solutions. Its solution is used by over 34,000 market professionals in over 60 countries across 180 financial institutions. Conducted a feasibility study to explore the extension of their product suite into Wealth Management.
The assignment entailed in-depth investigation of the applicability of the platform to the Wealth Management space. As part of the process, Engee Advisors conducted a large-scale survey among senior leaders in the Wealth Management, Private Banking and Financial Technology spaces.
